Cancellation Policy

By placing an order with Carter & Miller, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.

All orders are final once submitted. Orders are processed immediately after purchase to ensure timely fulfilment and, therefore, cannot be cancelled after checkout.

This policy applies in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind
• Requests made after dispatch or while the order is in transit

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate prior to completing the purchase.

While cancellations are not permitted, customers may submit requests to modify an order prior to dispatch. Any such request is subject to review and cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.

Carter & Miller is unable to interrupt, recall, or cancel any order once processing has begun.
